In 2024, LionOBytes expanded its global footprint by launching LionO360 into the Indian market, offering a premium CRM solution for growing businesses. The reception has been overwhelmingly positive, and we continue to build momentum in the region. We are on track to extend our reach into additional international markets in 2025, further enhancing our global presence.

These partnerships have broadened our customer base across diverse industries, including Wireless & Telecommunications, Distribution, Food & Beverage, Retail, Wholesale, Warehousing & Storage Services, Manufacturing, and more.

Our continuous efforts to integrate with third-party solutions including WhatsApp and Zapier, have provided added convenience and efficiency for our clients, streamlining workflows and improving operational effectiveness.

This year, we made significant strides in the development of LionO360, with new features designed to drive operational efficiency and improve decision-making. Key highlights include:

  • AI-powered Forecasting: Our new forecasting tool has helped businesses make smarter, data-driven decisions by predicting trends and automating insights. We have seen a 30% improvement in forecast accuracy for our clients.

  • Saved Search Analytical Insights: This feature provides tailored predictive analytics, giving businesses deeper insights from their data for strategic planning.

  • Module-Specific AI-Powered Bots: These AI-powered bots are developed enabling users to chat with their data and get actionable instant insights helping them to make quick decisions.

  • Workspace: Implemented a New Module in the LionO360 system - “Workspace” wherein users can create multiple Workbooks to upload external data. This data can be leveraged to predict and forecast to support effective decision-making.

  • Task – Project Management Tool: One of the major functionalities we built this year is ‘Task’ – a built-in ‘Project Management Tool’ enabling businesses to manage their projects across the organization. It eliminates the need for subscription of additional software to manage organizational projects while saving costs.

  • Multi-Factor Authentication: To enhance security and prevent unauthorized access to the LionO360 system, we implemented multi-factor authentication wherein users are required to provide one or two verification factors to confirm their identity before accessing the system.

  • Enhanced Serial Number Management: LionO360’s new Serial Number Management feature empowers businesses to track assets more accurately, enhancing traceability and reducing errors by up to 15%.

  • Sales Quota & Forecasting: Another major feature that we revealed this year is Sales Quota & Forecasting which allows users to create and assign sales quotas for their sales team, forecast quotas, and measure the sales team’s performance.

  • Import Rewrite: We have enhanced the data Import functionality. This feature allows bulk data uploads for the Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Cases modules wherein the user can import external file formats (such as .csv, .xlsx) to map the fields to the defined templates fields in the system.

  • Mass Edit Enhancement: Enhanced the Mass Edit functionality enabling users to effectively edit and apply changes in the bulk data associated with lead and account modules in the LionO360 system.
